Okay for those of you that truly know me in real life you know I only buy steaks from Hobe Meats! Nobody can compare to them, I mean nobody! Christmas dinner at our house, 2" steaks from Hobes! Sorry I can't remember the exact cut we get I think it's the best cut they have but hubby isn't around at the moment and he cooks them so he buys them. 
I'm serious though, every cut of meat I've had from Hobes is mouth watering. I do not buy steaks from the grocery store, I'm spoiled when it comes to steaks. Heck, my poor hubby can't even take me to a nice steak dinner because they don't compare. If you've been wanting to try Hobes, now is the time.
I know someone will ask how I have hubby cook our steaks so I'm offering it up in advance. We use Montreal seasoning we get for free throughout the year and grill them to perfection. Medium rare if you please but not too medium.
Oh, I almost forgot, some of these steaks are so huge that can serve 2 people so keep that in mind.
