Menu Plan Monday (8/22)

mpm-1

This week is supposed to be a hot one again in AZ so I’m going as easy as possible this week. I know you’re probably wondering why I have more chicken meals than other meat, there are 2 reasons. One, chicken doesn’t bother my stomach much and the other it’s always on sale for a great price. And just so you know I don’t eat pork unless it’s bacon, sausage (only with breakfast) or ham. I prefer beef and chicken when it comes to main meals. I have been thinking about trying a few pork dishes but don’t hold your breath. Winking smile

Monday: Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas with rice and beans.

Tuesday: Tuna Fish sandwiches and Mac & Cheese (it's hot in AZ and I don't plan on cooking much.)

Wednesday: Leftovers from Monday

Thursday: BBQ Chicken and Seasoned Steak Fries

Friday: Our typical Friday night meal, DiGiorno pizza doctored with spices and parmesan cheese.

Saturday: Tends to be a free for all of leftovers, sandwiches or something quick and easy.

Sunday: Rotisserie Chicken and maybe mashed potatoes I'm undecided on this.

What are you making this week? Be sure to check out more links like this on Menu Plan Monday with OrgJunkie.com’s link list.
