Well today was quite the day of FREEBIES! I had a $25 rx coupon for Safeway so I transferred a cheap $3 rx of the hubby’s, nice little profit! From there I picked up 5 Hillshire Farms Deli Wraps for the get 5 get $10 coupon offer and 6 cans of Hormel Chili. Total was $13, paid with gift card so the out of pocket was $0!!! All Free and I got a $10 coupon to use at Safeway!
Trip #2: I got 5 things of Hillshire Farms Mesquite Turkey Ultra Thin Deli Meat and 6 cans of Hormel Chili. Total was $3 after coupons, paid with gift card so the out of pocket was $0!!! All Free and I got another $10 coupon to use at Safeway!
Trip #3: I got 5 things of Hillshire Farms Roast Beef Ultra Thin Deli Meat. Total was $0 after coupons!!! All Free and I got another $10 coupon to use at Safeway!
Trip #4: I got 2 Hillshire Farm Deli Wraps, 2 Sara Lee Whole Wheat Honey bread, 1 Hillshire Farms Entree Salad and a because I was out a pack of Pita Bread. Total was $6.66 after coupons, paid with gift card so the out of pocket was $0!!! All Free and I got another $10 coupon to use at Safeway!
I was a bit tired after that and it was rush hour traffic so I headed home and wouldn’t you know it I forgot to get milk!

I was searching for something this morning on Walgreen’s website and I noticed a Hot Buys section. Of course I clicked to see what the deal was and guess what I found, a $5 off $20 coupon good only tomorrow Jan 31st.

I’ve been in a salad and pita phase and yesterday I went shopping for just the right stuff. I bought 12 bottles of Kraft salad dressing (various flavors), 6 bags of Kraft shredded cheese, and 6 bags of Dole salad kits. You’re probably thinking I’ve spent an ungodly amount unless of course you know me already. Well I paid $6 for all that, can you get this for that price? Want a breakdown of the cost? I paid .17/ea for salad dressing, .60/ea for cheese and salads were free! (promotions added to savings as well)
If you can’t get these items for that price or cheaper maybe you should attend one of my workshops I do for the coupon program I’m an instructor for, if you’re out of state I can still help you via the internet.

Well you get it, I couldn’t resist a little old Beavis & Butthead humor about teepee aka toilet paper!
I went to CVS today at a friends urging since I only had 1 roll left of Cottonelle and would you believe the huge 20 roll pack which had a sale sticker of $9.99. Well here is the great part, I dragged it over to the price scanner and w/card it came up as $5.00! Now it gets even better, it gave me $2 in ECB’s back!! I snagged 2 packages because everyone can use 40 rolls of toilet paper for $6.

I don’t know why I didn’t see this earlier but Walgreen’s has Mauna Loa Chocolate covered Macadamia Nuts on sale for 2/$4 there is a coupon inside the front cover of the January Rebate book for $3 off 2 bags! Thus you get 2 for $1! Sale ends 1/26
